CommonGround
A warm, generous identity and digital presence for a neighbourhood restaurant built around the pleasure of gathering.
COMMON GROUND needed a brand that could feel like the room: warm, unpretentious, and alive. A place where the identity works as hard on a takeaway cup as it does on a menu.
The restaurant was opening with a strong point of view and a tight timeline. It needed an identity, a flexible menu system, signage, and a website that could handle bookings and daily specials without losing its personality.
We started with the ritual of a shared table. A confident serif wordmark, a tactile terracotta palette, and hand-set details give the brand warmth and presence. The website puts the place, the people, and the food first.

A place at
the table.
An identity with appetite. Warm enough to invite you in, confident enough to hold its own across every surface.

Come as you are.
Stay a while.
An invitation,
not a landing page.
A website that feels like walking through the door: warm, immediate, and full of reasons to stay. Bookings, menus, and daily life in one generous digital space.
A flexible, editorial website for a restaurant that never stands still.
Bookings / Menus / Journal
An identity designed to live in the room — on menus, matchbooks, coffee cups, and the people who keep coming back.
A full room, a clear voice, and a digital home that feels like an extension of the hospitality — not a booking engine with a logo.
Illustrative project outcomes. This is a concept case study created for demonstration.
“A good brand doesn't make a place feel busier. It makes it feel more like itself.”
